Liver
Brownies
Puree 1 pound raw liver
(any kind *) in blender or food processor
Stir in 1 package of Jiffy
Corn Muffin Mix
Grease (or spray) 9 X 12
pan; spread batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for
15 minutes. Remove from pan. When cool, cut into pieces. Bag and
freeze until needed. Will keep at room temperature two or three
days.
*Note: chicken livers are
more liquid, so may take less than one pound.
